These terms apply to epicphotoimages.com and to bookings with Epic Photo Images LLC (“we,” “us”), a photography business in Fort Worth, Texas. By booking a session or using this website you agree to these terms.

Bookings and payments

A deposit holds your date and is applied to your package. Remaining balances are due as shown in your booking confirmation. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Event coverage is also governed by the Event Services Agreement you sign when booking.

Your photos

Finished photos are delivered through your online gallery. You may print and share your photos for personal use. Please do not crop out or edit the watermark on proof images. We may feature session images in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

SMS Terms

Epic Photo Images LLC offers text messages about your booking to clients who check the optional, unchecked-by-default box on our booking form at epicphotoimages.com/book.html.

What you’ll receive: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, remaining-balance reminders and notices when your photo gallery is ready.
Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 4 messages per booking.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply START to resubscribe.
Reply HELP for help, call 682-600-1675, or email info@epicphotoimages.com.
Consent to receive texts is not required to book.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes

If we update these terms, we will post the new version here with a new date.
