Epic Photo Images LLC (“we,” “us”) is a photography business in Fort Worth, Texas. This page explains what information we collect through epicphotoimages.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Contact details you give us when you book or send a message: your name, email address, phone number and any notes.
Session details: the session type, package, date and time you choose.
Photos you upload as inspiration or outfit ideas when you book. Uploading is optional.
Payment information: deposits are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Basic site data such as browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider to keep the site running.

How we use it

To schedule, plan and deliver your photo session.
To contact you about your booking, your gallery and any changes.
To take deposits and payments.
To deliver your finished photos through our gallery service.

We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Services we use

We share only what each service needs to do its job: Stripe (payments), Google Calendar (scheduling), Twilio (text reminders), Cloudflare (secure photo storage for your gallery), and our website host. Each service has its own privacy policy.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the box to receive texts when you book, Epic Photo Images will send text messages about your booking, such as appointment reminders, balance reminders and session updates. Message frequency varies, usually 1 to 4 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also call 682-600-1675. Checking the box is not required to book.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with our texting provider (Twilio) only to deliver the messages.

Your photos

We may feature images from sessions in our portfolio, website or social media. If you would rather your photos not be shared publicly, tell us at any time and we will honor that.

Children

We photograph families and students, but booking and payment must be made by an adult. We do not knowingly collect information online from children under 13.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records as long as needed to provide your services and meet business and tax requirements. Inspiration and outfit photos you upload are deleted after your session is delivered.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
